Hope everyone enjoyed the cool but sunny weather we had – one of those days today where I was wearing a jacket but still got a little sunburn action!  It’s only on my head… but the first sunburn of the year feels good after that long winter.  Here’s to getting outside and enjoying all the great spring weekends with our ever-increasing fitness!
