Benchmark WOD:  “Helen”
3 rounds for time:
– Run 400M
– 21 KB Swings, 53/35 lbs
– 12 Pull-ups
If time permits (and I’m sure it will) after cooling down a bit we’ll do some Weighted Pull-ups as well.
