Snatch time! The goal of tomorrow’s session will be to hone your skills on the Squat Snatch, the toughest lift to learn and be comfortable with but also the most effective way to get big weight up over your head. After plenty of practice time, we’ll rip 30 Snatches for time with “Isabel”.
