I promise this week we will not do 4 benchmark workouts.
On paper, benchmarks – or, “the Girls” – are no more intense than your ordinary couplet of power cleans and double-unders, but the fact that we’re going to write our times on the board FOREVER (or at least until next time we do the workout) adds a little spice, an extra push.  In reality, we should be going that hard all the time, but even if you think you’re going hard, benchmarks up the ante just a bit.
Having said all that… we’re going to do 3 this week.  Get ’em while they’re hot!
For time:
– Row 1000M
– 50 Thrusters, 45/35lbs
– 30 Pullups
