The first time I ever did Jackie was at Club One, and the rower was taken at first (can you believe it?) so I went into the thrusters and pullups, and rowed at the end.  I thought it was easy peasy, lemon squeezy.  Do the 1000M max effort row first, on the other hand, bringing your heart rate way up and exhausting your squatting and pulling motions, and it’s a nasty experience.  Go all out on this one to test your endurance in three different movements as well as your cardio system and mental fortitude.  KEEP MOVING!!

– 50 Thrusters, 45/35 lbs
– 30 Pullups
Strength:  Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 (try to increase weight in each set)
