– Take 15 minutes to warm up to 80% of your Front Squat 1RM, or take 15 minutes to find your 1RM Front Squat
– Every minute for 4 minutes, 2 Front Squats @ 80% 1RM
– Every minute for 2 minutes, 2 Front Squats @ 90% 1RM

– 25 Clean and Jerks, 95 lbs
– 1 Rope Climb
