Check your email if you’ve signed up for the evening classes on Tuesday – if it’s as bad as they’re making it out to be we might consider cancelling.  We’ll also cancel the classes online so that if you haven’t yet signed up you’ll see the cancellation there.
Tuesday we’ll get some higher-rep strength work in, focusing on the front rack technique, keeping the bar on your shoulders and your elbows high.  Then we’ll blast through a 15-20 minute AMRAP that rewards the strong Double-Under practicioner.  Scaling for 50 Double-Unders will be 100 single jumps.

– 50 Double-Unders
– 25 Wallballs, 20/14 lbs
– 15 Pull-ups
