Dustin pushing the hips and shoulders through on the kip

I gotta talk about Dustin today, because we were joking about him using the gym’s electrical power last night to generate his pullups – as he got one of his last pullups of the WOD, the power went out for a split second.  Today, he came in and started dominating the kipping pullup for the first time!  That is not a coincidence.  If you ever need any workout energy, don’t reach for a supplement, ask Dustin to show you how to stick your finger in the wall socket.
