CrossFit (6am, 5:30pm)
Strength:  3 Presses every 90 seconds, for 5 rounds.  Build up to a max for the day.
Stamina:  “Death by Toes-to-Bar”
With a running clock, do 1 Toes-to-bar in the first minute, 2 Toes-to-bar in the second minute, 3 Toes-to-bar in the third minute, and so on until you can’t complete the required reps within the minute.
– Primary scaling options are V-ups and Sit-ups

– 25 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 65/35 lbs
– 25 Wallballs, 14/10 lbs
