Here’s one that we made up back in the day to challenge you with a heavy Overhead Squat after already having done quite a bit of work. If the prescribed weight is too heavy, scale to 75% of your max Overhead Squat.

– 12 Deadlifts, 135/95 lbs
– 9 Squat Cleans, 135/95 lbs
– 6 Push Press, 135/95 lbs
– 3 Overhead Squats, 135/95 lbs
– Run 400M
