Well that was fun! Today was kind of a smorgasbord of workouts, for most people the first WOD of the year but there were three of them on the board. Which to do? If you are into being told what to do, you get on the rower and get 2000M in for time (7:14 best time of the day, by Craig, matching Andy’s record from September). Or if you’re just on this side of crazy, you do all three, as our pair of Ryan’s (Matis and Grantham) did. Matis took the best time of the week in the Back Squat / Run 200M, his 4:35 beating Dan’s previous low time of 4:40. Good times!
