To start the Squats/Cleans WOD, calculate all of your percentages and gather up the weights you’ll need. Part of your 15 minute AMRAP is the time needed to switch out your own weights. Getting through one round will be a good showing!

– 25 Cleans @ 30% of 1RM
– 40 Squats
– 20 Cleans @ 50% of 1RM
– 30 Squats
– 15 Cleans @ 70% of 1RM
– 20 Squats
– 10 Cleans @ 90% of 1RM
