For the pushup/run workout, 100 will be the high limit to shoot for, but first we’ll test out how many pushups you can do in a row, and then update your target number for the WOD based on that so no one is running a marathon out there.

Strength:
Deadlift 5-4-3-2-1 (increase weight each set, try to beat your 1RM!)
Endurance:
100 Pushups for time (scale: Box Pushups)
Run 400M every time your knees touch the ground or your hands come off the ground/box
