15-12-9-6-3 reps of the couplet for time:
– Shoulder-to-Overhead, 135/95 lbs
– Pullup
After each round, perform 30 Double-Unders (e.g., 15 Shoulder-to-Overhead, 15 Pullups, 30 DUs, 12 Shoulder-to-Overhead, 12 Pullups, 30 DUs… etc.)
