Let’s test out our pulling strength with 7 sets of 1 pullup, where those that can do a strict pullup will add weight to the feet or a belt with kettlebells, and those that cannot do a strict pullup will use smaller assistance bands.  Then we’ll work on one-legged “pistol” squats before throwing them into another quick AMRAP.  Nailed it!

– 12 Push Press, 115/75 lbs
– 12 Pullups
– 12 Pistols
