CrossFit (6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm)
Work Capacity:
21-15-9 reps for time of:
– Deadlift, 225/155 lbs
– Burpee Bar Jumpovers
– Toes to Bar
Skillwork:  Rope Climbs (bring some long pants or high socks and let’s practice getting up that sucker… it might be helpful for Friday…)
