I didn’t make this workout up, but whoever did must have had the thought, “How can I ensure that everyone’s FAVORITE exercise is in this workout?  Wait, I got it – burpees and double-unders.”  Add Thrusters and this would be a perfect trifecta…  I just got the chills.

AMRAP in 12 minutes:
– 10 Burpees
– 25 Double-Unders
