Strength:  Snatch 10-5-3-1-1-1-1-1.  Take 20 minutes to find your 1RM.
Stamina: “Snatch Speed Ladder”
Snatch each of the following weights once, for time.  Choose one Weight Option.  If you know you won’t make it all the way through, snatch the last bar you can multiple times to get to a total of 5 lifts for time.
Weight Option 1:  35, 45, 55, 65, 75
Weight Option 2:  95, 105, 115, 125, 135
