Monday max-out!  After we squat some serious weight, we’ll test our speed and skill in three classic endurance exercises.

MP getting deep into a 145-lb Thruster (his bodyweight). The blurred effect is pretty accurate in terms of what this “Loondawg” workout felt like!

Strength:  Warm up, then Front Squat 3@70%, 3@80%, 3+@90% of 1RM
Speed:  Test the following:
– Row 1000M for time
– Run 400M for time
– Maximum consecutive Double-Unders
