Luckily, the only thing that doesn’t hurt after “Bruck” are my hands, so I can type this out.  Wednesday will primarily be an Oly skill day, followed by a simple “just don’t stop” endurance/stamina workout.

Skillwork:  Hang Squat Snatch 10-10-10
3 rounds, not for time:
– 20 Turkish Getups, 35/18 lbs
– 20 Box Jumps, 24/20 in.
