Skillwork:  Work on your goal for 15 minutes.  If you don’t have a goal yet, we can help you come up with one.  What do you want to be able to do, or do better?
Endurance:
6 rounds, each for time:  Run 400M
Rest as much as you need to in between efforts.  Try to achieve a new 1RM 400M time!
