The countdown to Summer ESAC 2013 starts now! We’ll practice each of the individual workouts this week, and also get two sessions of Snatch technique in. If you are competing in the ESAC, I suggest that you do not workout on Friday, but come in Monday-Thursday and focus on technique.
On Monday we will get an upper-body strength workout in and then get a feel for the first individual WOD, adding an extra minute for good measure.

As many Burpee Bar Jumpovers as possible in 5 minutes
