Strength: Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5
Work Capacity:  “SEALFIT Baseline”
For time:
– Row 500M
– 40 Squats
– 30 Sit-ups
– 20 Push-ups
– 10 Pull-ups
The SEALFIT Baseline is a really good test of muscular stamina, without using weight at all.  After getting off the rower, how quickly can you rep out 40 SOLID Squats?  For me that was the real test in this workout.
