Work Capacity:
With a running clock, perform the following:
– Minute 1: 1 Snatch (95/65 lbs), 1 Burpee Bar Jump-over
– Minute 2: 2 Snatches, 2 Burpee Bar Jump-overs
– Minute 3: 3 Snatches, 3 Burpee Bar Jump-overs
Continue with the pattern above, adding one Snatch and one Burpee Bar Jump-over per minute, until you can’t complete that round within the minute anymore.
