CrossFit (6am, 5:30pm)
Strength:  Overhead Squat 10-10-10
Work Capacity:
10-8-6-4-2 reps for time:
– Overhead Squat, 115/75 lbs
– Box Jump, 30/24 in.
CrossFit Light (7am)
For time:
– 25 Push-ups
– 50 Hollow Rocks
– Run 800M
– 50 Jump Ropes
– 25 Push Press, 65/35 lbs
