Our post-ESAC training begins… NOW!  We’ll warm up with some progressive Overhead Squats, and then hit this one hard!

For time:
– Run 400M
– 21-15-9 reps of the triplet:
– Overhead Squat, 95/65 lbs
– Burpee
– Toes to Bar
– Run 400M
