After practicing Snatches for so long before the ESAC, I’m pretty sure I vowed to take at least a week off before reintroducing them in our regimen. Well, at least I got rid of the barbell! We’ll spend some time working on one-armed Snatch technique with a kettlebell, and then throw it in a fast workout with pullups – just to accentuate that the Snatch should be led with the legs and hips!
