First day of summer!  Summer is a time to get outside and enjoy the sunshine, get a tan (sorry, any dermatologists reading this blog…), and just turn your mind off and RUN.  I saw this WOD on CrossFit.com a couple weeks ago and just couldn’t pass it up.  I’ll have a few route options for you, depending on how far you think you might get within 30 mins, and you can always mix and match – for example, run the 3 mile course and then get a couple 400’s in after checking the clock.

Skillwork:  Practice handstands for 15 minutes
Endurance:
Run 30 minutes for max distance.
