On Wednesday we’ll back off the cardio-intensity and get a solid power workout in.  A set of 3 Hang Cleans means that you clean the weight from the hang position and then bring it back down to the hang position, not the floor, and clean again two more times.  This workout will test your ability to generate massive power on the barbell, but also your grip strength.  For those of you not yet acquainted with the Hook Grip, this is a great time to learn!
