Courtesy of Mr. Kenny Seeling, here is a good-looking AMRAP, complete with some heavy lifting, tough ringwork, and a mid-distance run.  Can’t wait to tackle this one!

Strength:  Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 (increase weight each set if possible)
Work Capacity:
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
– 15 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs
– 14 Ring Dips
– Run 800M
