Our weekly tour through the Regional workouts continues with this gem, challenging your cardio endurance, grip stamina, and Oly lifting technique all in one.  Don’t respect this one too much though – stay aggressive and get into the mindset of “this rope and this barbell have nothing on me… the workout is MINE”.

– 100 ft Run
– 4 Squat Cleans, 225/135 lbs
–  100 ft Run
