Strength: 3 Push Press every minute, for 10 minutes.  Start light and work up to a 3-rep max for the day.
4 rounds, not for time:
– 10 KB Snatches, 53/35 lbs
– 5 Close-grip Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs
– 5 Box Jumps, 30/24″
In the Close-grip Overhead Squat, get as low as you can into a squat with the bar overhead in a shoulder-width grip.
