Sorry for my absence tonight, people – sick kids are not cool.  They should be outlawed along with high-capacity cartridges, 2-liters of soda, and freakin’ Barney.  I really hate Barney.
Back to work – we’ll get some upper-body strength work in tomorrow, then hit one more benchmark for the week:  “Karen”.  Sounds tame, looks tame, feels tame for the first 30 or so reps.
Strength:  Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
– No specified weight or %, warmup and then start at a manageable weight and work up to a tough 3
Stamina:  “Karen”
– 150 Wallballs (20/10) for time
