Two more benchmarks this week, starting with “Karen” – a tough test of squatting and pressing endurance.  A good strategy is to create a plan of attack – rather than attempting as many reps as possible until failure, think of the workout as 10 sets of 15 Wallballs, or 5 sets of 30, you get the idea.  If you pick a realistic plan, you’ll be encouraged along the way as you execute it.
