Just like last week’s “Abs of Steel” WOD that featured a bunch of stuff that was just a bit too easy to do one time but twice was a real biotch, Tuesday’s WOD is a mix of 4 classic CF movements that may prompt the exclamation “oh, only two rounds?” before the WOD but after you’ll be singing a different tune!

How to do a Burpee Deadlift: Get out in the rain to soak your shoes, then make this pattern on the ground.

2 rounds for time:
– 25 Thrusters, 115/75 lbs
– 50 Pullups
– 75 Box Jumps, 24/20 in.
– 100 Double Unders
