Strength:  Push Press 3@70%, 3@80%, 3@90%
Work Capacity:
As many reps as possible in 5 rounds:
– Handstand Push-ups, 30 seconds
– Rest 30 seconds
– Double-Unders, 30 seconds
– Rest 30 seconds
CrossFit Light (7am)
As many rounds/reps as possible in 20 minutes:
– 5 Push Press, 65/35 lbs
– 15 Sit-ups
– 50 Jump Ropes
