CrossFit (6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm)
The 10M Runs in this workout each count for one rep.  So, in the “21” round, you run 10M 21 times.  Get it?  Sweet.  Let’s do it!
Work Capacity:
21-15-9 reps for time:
– Power Clean, 135/95 lbs
– Burpee Box Jump
– 10M Run
