This’ll be a good warmup for Friday’s 7 minute AMRAP couplet – how bout a 15-minute triplet!  We’ll spend some time working on the rings first, and hopefully we’ll get some “first ring dip” videos posted shortly thereafter!
Work Capacity:
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
– 10 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 lbs
– 10 Ring Dips
– 10 Box Jumps, 24/20 in.

  1. I thought MP’s 9 rounds this morning were going to hold up all day, but then Lori came in and dominated with 10 rounds + 10 ring dips! Killer work today, everyone!
