This one is adapted from the 2012 CrossFit Games Regional workout #4.  Can’t wait for the 2013 Games to start!

135 pound Back squat, 25 reps
20 Pull-ups
135 pound Shoulder-to-overhead, 15 reps
85 pound Front squat, 25 reps
20 Pull-ups
85 pound Shoulder-to-overhead, 15 reps
65 pound Overhead squat, 25 reps
20 Pull-ups
65 pound Shoulder-to-overhead, 15 reps
