This is our last of the classic benchmark girls for this go-round.  “Mary” is the most complex of the gymnastic-based workouts, as one-legged “pistol” squats are tough to master.  We’ll spend some time working on pistols and handstand pushups, and then attack Mary head-on!
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
– 5 Handstand Pushups
– 10 Pistol Squats
– 15 Pullups
