It’s been a while since we’ve seen our old friend, Pistol Pete, the one-legged squat.  Friday will be gymnastics-centric once again, with a goal of moving everyone toward that unassisted pistol.  And if you already have pistols, Froning up and grab a kettlebell!
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
– 5 Handstand Push-ups
– 10 Pistols
– 15 Pull-ups
