Let’s take a page out of the CrossFit Games Regional action, and jam a couple workouts together. ┬áKeep the pace up, and maximize the rest period by walking around and getting some good deep breaths.

The Friday 6am team killing some Deadlifts

“Clock Don’t Stop”
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
– 20 Deadlifts, 135/95 lbs
– Run 400M
– 10 Toes to Bar
Rest 3 minutes
30 Burpee Pullups for time
