Hope all you yogis enjoyed the sweet yoga on Sunday!  And for those of you that ventured to Cambridge on Saturday for the beer fest that never was, hope you’ve recovered as much as I haven’t!  Let’s sweat all those weekend toxins out to the oldies, by which I mean “wear long socks, WE’RE CLIMBING ROPE!”

– 30 Walking Lunges w/ 45/25 lb plate overhead
– 400M Run
