ESAC Individual Workouts – let’s do them back-to-back-to-back!
Endurance/Work Capacity/Strength:
– Run 1000M for time
– Rest 5 minutes
– 4 minute AMRAP of:
* 20 Toes to Bar
* 15 Pull-ups
* 10 Handstand Push-ups
– Rest 5 minutes
– 2 minute AMRAP of:
* Squat Cleans (pick weight, choices are 35, 65, 95, 125, 135, 155, 185, 225 lbs)
