Here’s another Partner WOD for ya, and you know those tires were getting lonely out there!

Matis getting awesome (the lovely Denee Wolf in the extreme foreground)

In teams of 2, complete 3 rounds for time:
– 5 Tire Flips
– 400M Indian Run (partners must pass each other 6 times over the course of each run)
– 1-8 Squat Ladder (Partner A does 1 squat, then Partner B does 1 squat, then Partner A does 2 squats, then Partner B does 2 Squats, … all the way to 8 squats)
