Partner WOD – 5 rounds each of the following, for max reps/calories.  Partner A Rows while Partner B does Ring Dips, and vice versa.
– 1 minute of Rowing (calories)
– 1 minute of Ring Dips
CrossFit Light (7am)
4 Tabata intervals of each of the following:
– Ring Rows
– Box Step-ups
– Box Dips
– Jump Ropes
