Strength:  5 Front Squats every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes.  Start at a moderate weight and move up when possible.

– 50 Weighted Box Step-ups, 45/35 lbs
– 35 Good Mornings, 45/35 lbs
– 20 Tire Flips, 300/150 lbs
