Sorry for the delayed post!  I met Laura and Eric at the box for their first workout – and they did great!  Welcome them to class when you get a chance to meet them.
On Thursday we’ll dig into another “chipper” type workout – and it’s got some rope climbs tucked into the middle so wear your high socks, long pants, full wading boots, etc.  Protect those beautiful legs!

50 Push-ups
50 Double-unders
25 Knees to elbows
5 Rope climbs
50 Box jumps, 24/20 inch box
25 Overhead squats, 65/35 pounds
25 L-pull-ups
50 Sit-ups
