CrossFit (9am)
Work Capacity:
For time:
– Run 400M
– 30 Deadlifts, bodyweight
– Run 800M
– 20 Deadlifts, bodyweight
– Run 1600M
– 10 Deadlifts, bodyweight
We’ve used this format before for Bench Press and Rowing, but I love this workout plan because it balances out the fast runners with the strong lifters.  You have to have both skills in your pocket to be fit!
