Lots of progress today on the Overhead Squat, as demonstrated by Heather in the pic to the right.  Check out the chest forward of the bar, and equally the hips behind the bar, which itself stays right on top of the shoulders with a straight line down to the feet.
Let’s do this one tomorrow for US Army Specialist Scott Morrison, an Ohio boy like myself who was killed in Afghanistan in September 2010 by an IED.  Nothing too technical about these movements, let’s just keep moving ’til there ain’t no more reps!
50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:
Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Box jump, 24 inch box
Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
